Reporting abuse? Open the person's profile in the app and tap Report or Block. Reports go straight to our team and are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also email us with the coop name and display name.

Common questions

Blocking isn't working

MindFlock needs Screen Time permission. Open iOS Settings → Screen Time and make sure MindFlock is allowed.
Turn on Background App Refresh for MindFlock in Settings → General → Background App Refresh, and make sure it is enabled overall (Wi-Fi & Cellular Data).
Low Power Mode pauses background refresh, which can delay pecks and catches.

I'm blocked and need an app right now

Open the shield on the blocked app and follow the prompt to end the block early. Your coop is told when you do.

How do I leave a coop?

Open the coop, tap the settings gear, and choose Leave Coop. Your personal daily limit takes over again.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. Your account and data are permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also email us to request deletion.

Can I turn off the chat language filter?

Yes. It is on by default and you can switch it off in Settings under Chat. It only changes what you see on your own device.

Is MindFlock a parental control app?

No. Every coop is opt-in, only you control blocking on your own device, and you can leave a coop at any time. See our Terms of Service.
